Spell check Watch the video Avoid spelling mistakes when commenting on PDF files. Revu automatically indicates misspelled words while you add text or fill in form fields so you can instantly correct them. Check the spelling of text found in a PDF file with the click of a button. Additional dictionaries can be added for other languages.
Scan to PDF Watch the video Create PDF files from scanned images or digital camera pictures. Scan to PDF functionality reduces the number of steps needed to convert paper documents or camera images to PDF for electronic markup and sharing.
Arcs and curves Watch the video Bluebeam continues to improve electronic markup and measurement with the addition of arcs and curves. With this new functionality, AEC professionals can measure the area, perimeter and volume of curved drawings with accuracy.
Hatch patterns Watch the video Bluebeam continues to improve the workflow of our AEC customers with hatches. Revu includes several standard hatch patterns (brick, diagonal, weave, etc.) that you can choose to fill markups. Create your own hatches with the hatch pattern editor or import AutoCAD .PAT files. Hatches can be saved on a network drive to share with your team.
Reduce file size Watch the video Bluebeam gives you more control when reducing the PDF file size. Before the file is reduced, Revu will estimate the file size and give you options to adjust resolution, embedded fonts and other file data.
Batch Office Watch the video Version 7.0 brings the ever popular batch wizard to Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Convert countless Office files to PDF in a single batch and designate settings such as page size, color and stamps.
Flags Watch the video Add flags to PDF files to designate signature lines or draw attention to other important information. Flags can link to a page in the PDF, a website or another document.
Stamp editor Watch the video Stamp PDF documents with date, time, signatures, seals, logos or any other information you choose. The improved Stamp Editor lets you create custom stamps or edit the stamps included in Revu.
Image converter Watch the video Open jpeg, tiff, bmp and other file types in Revu. Revu automatically converts the image to PDF with an internal image converter and displays the PDF in a flash. Need to convert a PDF to an image file? With a simple Save As command, your PDF is converted to your desired image file.
PDF packages Watch the video Organize multiple files and file types into one PDF package that can be emailed to a client or project manager. PDF packages can include any type of file or a folder of files. Packaged files and folders are displayed in a list that can be sorted and easily navigated. |
