With this plan our support technicians will be able to securely access your computer under your supervision and provide general optimization and software updates to your system keeping it in good working order. This one-time service includes:

1. Adjusting your computer settings for faster performance

2. Updating your PC with the most recent Windows Patches

3. Hard drive temporary data clean up and optimization

4. Inspecting error logs

$79 per hour billed in ¼ hour increments.

Gold Emergency Remote:

Having specific problems with your computer? This plan provides remote access to your computer by our support technicians on an as needed basis. Our support technicians will be able to securely access your computer under your supervision and diagnose the problem while you remain in the comfort of your own home or office. There is no need to pay for a technician that is stuck in traffic, which will save you both time and money.

$85 per hour billed in ¼ hour increments.

Platinum Priority Remote:

This plan provides you with priority service on all of the above PLUS gives our support technicians the ability to securely access your PC while it is unattended. You do not need to be present. This is great for after-hour’s general maintenance. System optimization and updates will be performed once per quarter unless otherwise requested

$349* per year for each PC on annual contract
